Who is Peak Podium?
Hey! I’m Sarah.
Some of us are born with a love for the game. For me, it started with my first word: “Bird" - as in basketball legend, Larry Bird.
That early love of sports took me to new places, quite literally. Traveling to play soccer in Europe as a teenager showed me how sports can open doors to new worlds and opportunity. That experience later led to a career in global mobility and work-based visa programs, where I supported visa applicants, employers, and international agencies while working for U.S. sponsor organizations. I spent over a decade navigating nonimmigrant visa policies, collaborating directly with the U.S. State Department, and traveling to dozens of countries for recruitment, embassy visits, and presentations. Along the way, I built deep expertise and connections in visa logistics. Frankly, I’m very good at paperwork and being in the weeds.
Peak Podium Global is where all of that comes together—my expertise meets my captivation for sports to create something that is accessible for every athlete. Whether you're an an underrepresented athlete or well-established team, you get the same world-class service. My vision is to help athletes and teams across every discipline and budget size compete at the highest levels and represent their countries on the world's biggest stages.
In my downtime you can catch me paddleboarding, learning to ski, and soaking up live sports and music whenever possible. Come say hi if you spot me in the wild!
