The employees, agents, or consultants of Peak Podium Global LLC are not licensed attorneys in any state or jurisdiction. As a consulting firm, we are legally prohibited from providing any services that constitute the unauthorized practice of law (UPL), including legal advice, legal strategy, or legal representation.

Our services are limited to the following administrative and consulting functions:

• Document Preparation and Transcription

• Case Assembly

• Petitioner Services: Acting as the authorized U.S. Agent, Sponsor, or Petitioner for Form I-129 (P-1A and O-1A), as allowed by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) regulations.

• Interview Practice, including non-legal communication and confidence-building support.

If you require interpretation of U.S. immigration laws, advice on which visa category is best for your situation, guidance on how to overcome a denial or inadmissibility, or legal representation, you must consult with a licensed immigration attorney.

Responsibility and Liability

• Client Responsibility: Clients, including employer petitioners and beneficiaries, are solely responsible for all information provided on any forms submitted on your behalf and for the decision to file any petition or application. Clients are responsible for reviewing all documents and ensuring their accuracy and completeness before submission.

• No Guarantee of Outcome: We do not guarantee that any petition or application will be approved. All final decisions on visas and petitions are made solely by U.S. government agencies, including the USCIS and the Department of State. Any opinions on the likelihood of success are based on our administrative experience, not legal analysis, and are not a guarantee.

• Waiver of Liability: By utilizing our services, you agree to waive any claims against Peak Podium Global LLC and its personnel for any losses, damages, or adverse immigration outcomes that may result from relying on our administrative services or from the denial of any petition or application.

Protection of Client Data (PII)

The administrative services we provide require the collection of Sensitive Personally Identifiable Information (PII), which includes, but is not limited to, names, addresses, dates of birth, passport numbers, visa history, and personal background information. We recognize the critically sensitive nature of this data.

• Commitment to Security: Peak Podium Global LLC is committed to using reasonable and appropriate administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the PII we collect from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

• Good Faith Effort: While we make a good faith and diligent effort to protect your data, the secure transmission of information via the internet cannot be 100% guaranteed. By submitting your information, you acknowledge that no security system is impenetrable.

• Third-Party Disclosure: We will only disclose your PII to third parties, such as government agencies (USCIS, Department of State) or necessary service providers as required to provide the contracted consulting service, or as required by law, or with your explicit consent. We do not sell or rent client PII for marketing purposes.
